What is the Gilead Top Performers programme?
The programme has been developed to recognise our top performing Therapeutic Specialists and Cell Therapy Account Managers (CTAMs) across Gilead ACE affiliates.
Who is eligible to participate in the programme?
Therapeutic Specialists working across all therapy areas and dedicated Cell Therapy Account Managers (CTAMs).
Which countries are included?
Therapeutic Specialists and Cell Therapy Account Managers (CTAMs) within the following markets and regions are eligible for the Gilead Top Performers Award:
France | Germany | UK and Ireland | Spain and Portugal | Italy
Midsize Markets: Austria, Belgium/Lux, Israel, Netherlands, Nordics, Switzerland
Czech Republic/Slovakia, Greece, Poland, and Romania
What are the measurement criteria?
The performance criteria and weighting against which Therapeutic Specialists and Cell Therapy Account Managers (CTAMs) will be measured over the 12-month period are:
Sales is defined as Sales vs Target based on the key parameters from the Incentive Compensation Scheme agreed.
Behaviours are defined as Demonstration of Gilead Values and Performance Grade.
What are the programme timelines?
The recognition programme runs for a full 12-month period, January 1st 2026 to December 31st 2026. The 2026 Gilead Top Performers will be announced in April 2027. The Gilead Top Performers Award Trip will take place in June 2027.
How many Gilead Top Performers places will be awarded?
The number of places allocated is based on the Therapeutic Specialist and Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) population by market/region to ensure equity. Places in Midsize Markets will be allocated cross market.
Places allocated for the Award trip in 2027 will be based on 2026 headcount data. The number of Winners places will be based on 5% of the total headcount. Total headcount includes all Therapy areas and KITE.
Winners will be allocated an additional place on the trip for a partner or friend to join them. Those joining a winner on the recognition event must be aged 18 years or older.
Who determines who is a Gilead Top Performer?
Affiliate winners will be decided by their Leadership Teams based on the evidence put forward for each of the 2 measurement areas:
